There is no one variable that determines whether a child with a secure attachment will become a better well being later in life. There are various aspects that may or may not affect the way a child will react and respond to different relationships, whether or not something happens earlier or later in childhood. However, I think there is a greater chance for a child with a secure attachment to adjust to society, peers, and strangers later on in life. There is no direct relationship because there are numerous variables that do take place but there is definitely a higher chance.
