The current models which we have been provided with so far show different correlations. Middle/Upper class - more secure attachments Lower class - less secure attachments Sensitive mother - more secure attachments More secure in childhood - more successful in life
This question at hand is which alternate connection might lead to the final correlation. If you look at the first two correlations I missed, you might alternatively be able to see a correlation between middle/upper class and success later in life. Being more afluent as a family might lead to better schools, better college, and less worrying about money. This could lead to success later in life and at the same time still contribute to the secure connections made early on.
