Attachment Lab

I strongly believe that there is a strong correlation between the attachment type and the type of lifestyle they the child lives in.  Attachment basically stems from whether or not the child is able to trust his/her parents and the extent of their trust their parents reflects their type of attachment.  However, although there is a correlation, it is impossible to say that it is a cause and effect because there are just too many other variables.  Life is made up of a series of events, some of the events leading to yet another event.  The course of these events are controlled by both internal and external forces which ultimately shape the child.  Although the internal forces may be heavily influenced by the attachment style in their childhood, the external forces may play an even larger role in developing the child in later years.

The child's internal motivations/forces affect how the child reacts to these external forces (which it obviously must). We can probably safely assume that there will be a lot of external forces in common among children (peer pressure, parental pressure, academic pressure, ect), and as such it is really the internal forces that are the determining factor in how the child develops/succeeds/achieves.

I agree with this view point, that external environment and other factors contribute to the child's later life.

I agree with what you said about how external factors affect a child's later life. I believe that people internal forces, such as internal motivations and forces, affect a child in how he or she may react to external forces. The combination of internal and external influences affects and contributes to a childs later life.
