It's possible that securely attached children also are provided better in life by their parents.  Mothers of securely attached children pay more attention to their children's needs, and this will probably apply to other aspects of the child's life such schooling.  The better supported a child is, materially and emotionally, the more likely he/she is to be in a better state of well-being later on in life.

Reponse: I agree with this statement. It think that is so because parents of securely attached children tend to play more with their children. Additionally, these parents react more quickly to their children's needs and are generally more responsive to their children than the parents of insecurely attached children.

I agree with this statement; it follows that if the child is better supported he will be better off

Although I agree with your ideas, I also believe that too much attachment with the parents can be a negative thing. Those that cannot deal with the absence of parents as babies, may be less efficient at surviving the real world as independent adults.
