Attachment Lab

I think that later development in a child has a lot to do with where they grow up. This entails a few things, such as the culture they grew up in, their family economic situation, their neighborhood. All three of these are major factors to how a child grows up. A family whose situation is fairly consistent with their environment would give a more secure environment for a child to grow up. Their neighborhood, which refers more so to people who they interact with most often in their life, are also big influences in their life.

I agree that the later development of a child has a lot to do with where they grow up. I think in addition to the people of a neighborhood, the physical setting itself can be someone important. A person who grows up on a rural farm or in a big-city urban environment can have a very different personality simply from the physical proximity of other people.

I completely agree, the setting of a child's development and the people and culture that surround the child definitely have an effect on the child.
