There was a house wars-like situation on one of the lawns at CMU....but it was only between a red team and a blue team...the people on either side were friends from back in school...they were decked up, shouting and screaming...it involved some sort of dangerous sword fight...my roommates family was cheering from behind on a higher ground.... it doesnt make much sense but this was what it was.
I believe this dream indicated how much you miss your old school friends. You are among many new classmates you have met here at CMU but you wish your old school friends were by your side as well. Though you spent House Wars with hallmates and friends from your dorm, you also wish to have shared the camaraderie of the event with your old pals as well. The dangerous sword fight shows how far you are willing to go to have fun with them. However, your roommate's family cheering for you shows that you are comfortable with your current environment regardless of how much you may miss your old friends.
