question 4: How do the results of this lab support (or not support) the view of humans as machines as discussed in the Chapter 2 of Gleitman?
My results of the lab do not support the view of humans as machines as discussed in Gleitman. Based on the experience of this lab, humans improve with practice and time. However, there are instances where if we look or think in different ways each time, the result would be different. If humans were machines, we would produce same result each time, getting the result we want. We are not programmed to do such thing, we think and respond in a different way.
