The distance is supposed to decrease as time goes, but my result proves that I, a normal human being, is NOT a machine because there were many fluctuations in my experiment. Especially on my Experiment #1 and #2, there were a lot of back and forth movement in the change of distance, and supposedly, it should probably be more like a straight line going downward. It is normal to me that my data tended to have diverted from the straight line because that is the difference between human and machines. If human beings are functioning like machines, what will be the reason for the existence of humans? Surprises or fluctuations from the predicted one make human as a better one.

I agree with your conclusion. My data fluctuated also. This proves that we do not operate as machines. We humans are not perfect and do not operate as machines do. This lab shows that our actions and behaviors are not necessarily machine like. I was worried at first that I did the lab wrong because my results did not come out the way I thought they should. It's nice to know that someone else came to the same conclusion as me.

I agree with you as well. I found myself slipping occasionally I time went on and that caused my data to also fluctuate instead of getting a nice linear line. I would definitely agree that this data did not support humans as machines.
