earliest memory lab

The earliest event I can remember occurred when I was probably around five years old.  I was building something with wood blocks on the ledge of the fireplace in my house and one of the blocks fell on and injured my big toe.  I think that this was something that stuck with me because it was something that was relatively traumatic for me at the time, my toe really hurt and didn't look very good, and also because I was doing something that I really enjoyed.  I still feel pretty connected to the person I was then because I still love to construct and create things.

When i was five my sister slammed a door on my finger and injured it pretty severely. But for some reason, i dont remember the actual event. I remember the events leading up to it and the events after it, but not the actual impact. Maybe I repressed the memory because it hurt so much
