My earliest memory is my first day of kindergarten when I was approximately five years old.The morning of my first day of school, my mother was trimming my bangs on the deck in the backyard when I got stung by a bee under my arm.It was the first time I had been stung, but my mother still made me go to school. This was particularly memorable because it was my first day of school, the first time I had been stung, and physically painful. My personality and identity has changed.Back then I was a nervous, naïve little kid. However, I do feel that I am continuous with that person because it was one of the important moments in my life that shape who I am today. For instance I thought that getting stung by a bee was a momentous occasion, but as I matured I realized that it happens all the time.New experiences that relate to past experiences make the person I was in the past continuous with the one I am today.
