There are many variables that can affect how a person can be influenced later in their lives. There can be attachment that they have shared with their primary care giver earlier in their life. A variable can be that a person had a really close relationship with their mother but then there could be a small absence from their mother. This may cause negative effect on them because the person that they trust in and spent all their time with is not gone. Influences can also be traumatic events that have occurred in their lives.
