Although attachment style and well-being are correlated, I don't think these are the only factors governing the final well being of a child. I believe that other factors play just as important of a role as the relationship between the child and the caregiver. These factors include the environment in which the child grows up in and the other people around the child such as fellow peers. Even if the association with the caregiver isn't strong, the child's relationship with another peer could be strong enough to affect the final well being of the child.
