Baseball?

It was a hot sunny day, I think I was in Texas. I was with my family amongst alot of people I don't thik I know but who felt strangely familiar. We were at this outdoor batting cage-type bowling alley that was made out of a half-pipe. You could obviously tell it was used for bowling though. We, however, were using it for baseball. While we were taking turns going up to bat, my family and I were eating some good barbeque together. I randomy went up to bat and on my first pitch I slammed the ball and hit it really far but when I tried to run it felt like my feet were glued to the floor, I was running nearly in slow motion, I felt restrained and at the same time I felt embarassed.

It sounds like you're feeling trapped by something. The caged area made out of a steep half pipe would be pretty difficult to escape. You also mentioned the fact that every time you tried to run, you felt "restrained" and "nearly in slow motion". This could be symbolizing an inability (or anxiety) to either 1) escape a situation that you don't want to be in; or 2) Achieve something significant (seeing as the point of baseball is to run around the bases). The fact that your family was there could be significant, or just something that would make sense to you to make the dream work (ie it would be believable to be playing a game of baseball with your family as opposed to complete strangers).
