Explain this to me...

Pen Name: Voltaire

In the beginning was the Word. And the Word was with God, and the Word was God, that much is true. The difference is, God created all animals equal. Man quickly rose to the top, but he was a cold race. There were those that tried to fight the violence of man. They were strong warriors, riding atop lions and elephants. But theyre stories have been lost over time, and drawings have merged them with the animals themselves (I saw the warriors riding atop the lions merged with them). Man didnt take kindly to these beings that tried to preserve the peace, and rained down arrows on them, over and over again (a few different scenes of warriors screaming in pain and falling down as thousands of arrows engulfed them, and then the screen went black). They took over the earth, and ruled greedily. Finally, God struck back. Famine hit, and 30% of the population was gone. Soon after, disease struck, followed by nature in all her fury (a hut engulfed by lava and children and women screaming as they ran). Finally only a small percentage was left, and God relented. Man rose once more, few and weak, to continue the race. But they have continued to follow in their roots, and the greed has reached a new and unacceptable level. It has begun.

This speech was straight out of my dream, and was given in explanation as to why I could not go into a party yet. Soon after though, I visited my mother who was banished apparently for her violence. As I was there, what looked like a werewolf climbed a tree and leapt over the flames that encircled my mother to keep her jailed. However, instead of attacking my mother, it turned into a woman, and kissed my mother (who by the way, looked nothing like my actual mother). It became apparent that this wolf/woman was one of the great warriors from the past, and I realized that despite everything I know about reproduction, I must be part man, part animal warrior. I flashed over to our leader, whom I had previously respected, and realized that he had banned my mother not for violence and psychotic episodes (which is what I initially believed) but for having a romantic relationship with a warrior of the past. I soon began to realize that in order to save the human race from another devastating blow from God, I had to take down this leader and all his prejudices, and move both races back towards the peaceful co existence that we were meant to live in the first place. There was a close up on my face as I stood up within the flaming circle; I looked extremely pissed off. Music that had been playing in the background since I first had the realization of my roots reached a climax, and the drums beat louder than anything until finally it all cut at the same time.

And I woke up.

Your guess is as good as mine as to where this came from.
