Earliest Memory Lab

I was four year olds in a bronx apartment building on a very rainy day.  I remember from this memory a car speeding down the block and crashing into a building across the street.  I was scared.  My personailty is different now then from when I was younger.  But I am the same person right now.

Your earliest memory involves fear, just like mine. I feel as if a lot of peoples' earliest memories are somewhat traumatic because (unfortuneatly) traumatic experiences are usually the experiences that stick in our minds the longest. Perhaps this is a good thing though-- maybe our brains make a point to remember the traumatic experiences so that we learn to protect ourselves and avoid danger in the future? Just a thought...
