Earliest Memory Lab

My earliest memory was of myself sitting on the ground playing with a hot wheels toy car while my mother watched. I don't remember much else than that, I remember that the ground I was sitting on was a white colored carpet. I was three years old at the time of this memory. There wasn't anything extraordinary that made this memorable, it's simply the earliest memory I can recall. My personality I guess could be considered as somewhat similar as I still have a fairly strong interest in cars.

This was my earliest memory at all, and in retrospect it seems extremely vague even compared to other memories I had only very shortly thereafter. While I was still three years old I vividly remember our family Christmas. However I would be lying to write about that memory as my earliest memory even though it seems so much more vivid in my mind than the above memory of playing with hot wheels on a white carpet with my mom watching.

In my earliest memory I also saw my mom. I think this may show that I am closer to my mom than to my dad, which I know for me is kind of true. Also, I find it interesting that you still have strong interest in cars and this may explain why this memory is particularly memorable.
