Development

i think there are many variables that can effect the type of attachment a child will have with their parents and also the type of person they will be later in life. Some of the main variables would be what type of environment the child grows up in, which parent is home more often, if their parents take care of them or a nanny or other person in the family does, and also if they are an only child, oldest, youngest, or any where in between. For example I have an older brother and because he was the first child and probably had more attention and interaction with my parents he now has a much stronger bond with them than I do and it's very obvious.
