Switch around name for fun, I like mine better. I feel like this lab clearly demonstrated that humans are not machines, and rarely can be totally consistent with even the most basic of actions, like catching a ruler or reacting to an object. It's amusing to watch my roommate try and catch that "da...

Pen: SuperHumenG My graph doesn't show a steady line. It's somewhat flat but there are peaks at some place. Based on the graph I plot, I conclude that human does not function like machines. This doesn't mean that there is not a mechanism for each human action. The difference is that the performance of h...

This lab does not support the humans as machine's theory. As per my results, it was clear that there were large variations in my reaction times. the lab findings don't support the idea that humans are machines because unlike a machine that is consistent or one that might be sophisticated to improve with trials, humans are very inconsistent. During my trials, my reaction time continued to waver without any improvement.

I think this lab supports humans as machinery because the way we work to perform a task of catching a pen has many steps in our body like a machine. Without even thinking about it our body watches the pen drop and without us consciously telling our fingers to try to catch it, they just react and try to catc...
