Attachment Alternative

The perceived correlation between attachment and later well-being might not actually be a true correlation. For example, those children that were securely attached to their parents might have also been regular attenders at a church or other religious institution. There is a good chance that they also would experience some sort of well-being through the purpose and meaning given by their respective belief systems.
