I really think there needs to be a balance between socioeconomic status, friendships, and general environment. While money can solve all problems including buying friends, your friends won't be sincere and will not help with your development. While friendships are important, you won't be able to invest in a friendship if you are always worried about paying off your debt. Whether you live in a shady neighborhood or a condo establishment, you are going to need friends and some sort of financial stability to enhance your experience in this environment.
To keep this short, an abundance of wealth, friends, and a crime-free environment still does not guarantee secure attachment. A delicate balance must be made between all three.
