I believe that there are several alternative views that can be used for the attachment and later adjustment of a person. The first alternate view is that a child that may have not had a close relationship with its caregiver growing up may still become form good relationships in the future because of exposure to children in the same age bracket. This exposure to children in the same age bracket may destroy the hindrances that that block the child from developing close relationships. The second view is that the way a person responds to a relationship may have its origins in the biology of the person. This is because the child's initial response to being left with a stranger during the Strange Situation experiment comes from biology, this same response may remained coded in this person for the rest of their life.
