I think that there are other factors that can significantly affect our later development along with attachment. These factors include the environment in which an individual grows up in or the people that he or she chooses to associate with. Our friends influence our behavior, we strive to be accepted by our peers. People can grow up in warm healthy environments and still get mixed in with a group of troublemaker friends. These friends may influence this persons development.
