Ok, my previous night's dream took place in a rather fantastic swimming facility. Imagine a huge indoor swimming complex with sand and lounge chairs in the lobby to recreate a beach-like experience. In the lobby there was a sit down diner as well as a billiards table in addition to the sandy floor. One particular part of the dream that I remember is talking to a girl that I had feeling for towards the beggining of the summer. However, I have not seen her for a while, and in teh dream when I spoke to her I felt as if my feelings had dimished and in a way I was trying to avoid her.
I think its that you favor the memory of this girl and the summer. You are now back at school and the summer is gone, so you are dreaming about the summer and this girl had left an impression but part of you recognizes that you are back at school and so in the dream when you are with her your feelings are gone and you feel like you want to avoid her because she has no place in your life here.
