On the morning of my anniversary with my girlfriend I had the following dream:
I was walking through a forest with my girlfriend. We were not talking, just walking holding hands. We were the only ones there and it was utter silence. Oddly there were no creatures around. Even though there was wind lightly blowing the tree branches, it was still completely silent. It was all from a third person view, watching myself and my girlfriend from behind.
I had similar dream too, and a lot of them involves me and my girlfriend walking hand in hand only with each other in a quiet place. Sometimes it felt so real that I actually believed I was holding her hand. I still remember how happy I was.
I'm thinking, the reason we have these kind of dreams, dreams about the people we love, is all simply becaue we love them so much that when we dream, our deepest emotion will just get out and fills our heart and mind, which is at an in-active sate, with this great love and pleasure. And the things we see or feel in our dream, they are not only real, they come from our previous experience with this person, or they are how we would like to spend the time with the person you love.
To me I love dreams like this. It reminds me how I love the person I care, who I know loves me back in the same way.
