The results of the ruler lab show a clear improvement in the reaction time to catch the falling ruler. The improvement factor in reaction time shows the difference between humans and machines. The human body does in a way work like a machine as in there is an input and output, but the difference is that humans have the capability to improve their wanted results. Whereas, a machine has about the same result/output every time. Therefore, this lab shows a clear distinction between the functions of the human and machine.
