The earliest memory I have is of me before I can walk, so I would guess anywhere from eight months to a year old. It is only about a second of me crawling on the floor beside a chair - that's it. The only thing that makes this memorable is that it's my earliest memory since I'm not walking in it. It is pretty cool that I remember something from such a really young age (unless it's something I just imagined like the Professor told us); my next earliest memory is from when I'm four. I can't really say too much about my personality since I was just a baby, so my personality has obviously developed since then.

Wow it is pretty impressive that you have a memory from when you were only a year old. Also, the scene that you remember of crawling on the floor seems really insignificant. Do you have any idea why you remember this particular scene?
I'm surprised you remember that. Perhaps it is part of your sensory memory too since you said it is just a flash of a chair and the floor in front of you as you crawl. However, since you said that you see yourself, maybe you did imagine it.
I have a pretty early memory like you and remember walking but holding on to a sidetable for support. and i remember what I was wearing, so at times i feel like it was a picture I saw and not a memory. So i feel like your memory as well could be either one like mine.
