When I was about two or three years old I once locked myself in the kennel with my family's dog. I just remember lying in the kennel with the dog and petting its fur. This memory is so memorable for me because my mom took a photograph of it and likes to constantly tell people about how I would sleep in the kennel with the dog. My identity and personality at the time were obviously a younger version of myself and thus I didn't not have the same personality traits I did then, but the roots for who am I today are linked back to this event in some way because I still have that tendency to separate myself from reality and focus entirely on a random act.

This is similar to mine in that it stayed fresh in my memory because there is a picture of when my grandfather came to visit. I can't always remember if I would know exactly the color of his sweater if it wasn't for the picture, but none the less, its still a memory I hold dear.
This is similar to my memory in that we both remember an event with our family dog at an early age. Personally my family dog meant a lot to me growing up and I remember a lot of events with it.
My memory is similar in that i also remember being around 5 and trying to think of my earliest memory, which occurred around 3. i still remember the memory from when i was 3, but also i remember myself remembering it at 5 penname hortonfoot
