Earliest Memory

The earliest memory I have is of my older brother's seventh birthday during which I was three years old. We went to an indoor arcade (similar to Chuck E. Cheese but not it) with his friends and my friends. I remember having fun eating and playing but being deathly afraid of any horror video games nearby. This ended up ruining my day and giving me nightmares. This day was probably memorable for both the fun and fear I had.
My personality now is very different from what it was as a child. I used to be afraid of a lot of things (even if they were illogical) and was very shy but now I have grown out of it. I still remain being a positive and friendly individual (at least I think so) just like when I was a kid but now am more confident and outgoing.

i feel like your memory relates to mine in the fact that it wasn't a major event that was remembered. it also is similar because i feel like i remembered mine because there were two extreme emotions felt (happy and fear).
