Earliest Memory Lab

My earliest memory is from when I was about age 2 or 3; it is of my older sister biting my neck. It was memorable because it was the first time I can remember feeling the sensation of pain.

It was a bright day outside, and I remember being on a playground somewhere around where I grew up, perhaps even in my backyard. Some disagreement came up and my 4 year old sister ended up aggravated enough that she bit me. I remember my parents making a big deal of the whole thing.

I feel like my personality and identity is not identical now to what it was then. I do not that think many people feel continuous with their own young self.
