Alternative Explanation

Although the possibilities of unforeseen circumstances always remain throughout any individual's life, the generally accepted notion is that a better upbringing, and thus heightened attachment to one's parents - meaning an early childhood with attentive, present, and loving parents - results in better lives later on.

An attentive, present and caring parents provide a child with a sense of security and comfort, allowing for a smooth transaction of all required phases of development and maturing to occur in a child.

In the opposite case, however, the child is usually not presented with a role model to base their lives upon, and remains vulnerable from the various sources of societal difficulties.

I agree...I said a similar thing in my post. If a child doesnt have someone to look up to he/she may be worse off later in life

I also said something similar to this. I think that positive role models create much better upbringings and allow children to strive to become something

I agree with this explanation as well. The better one's upbringing is, the better results they will have later in life.
