First memory

My first memory was around age 2. I have a half aunt who is a year older than me and I remember getting in a huge fight with her about whether or not she could boss me around. She was telling me that she was older so she had the right to make rules. This memory sticks out because it was the first time I was asked to question why there are rules in place. This questioning is a major step in child development.

My first memory also deals with me questioning the authority of the adults around me, and it occurred when I was also 2. Its interesting to see the parallel of when we both began to question the authority of those who told us what was right and wrong.

I find it interesting that you began questioning authority from such a young age, especially in this way.
